 There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed. 


Please Note: Once products have been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. 


Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Policy




Standard Shipping can take up to 5 after processing period. International shipping can take 10-14 business days.


Once your order is placed, your processing time will begin. If you order after 3pm on a business day your order will be processed the next business day.


You will be sent through email your tracking number so please input the correct email. Tracking number should update by the next business day.


Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk. Proof of identification for the billing information will need to be sent in or order will be CANCELED within 24-48hrs of no response.
